Last Friday, June 6, 2014, the Maasai leader William Pere Kikanae was at the TEMPE,located in the Elche Business Park, offering a talk to all its workers about the impact on the Maasai community of building a well funded by this same company,in commemoration of the Water Day.

The well, built on the project grounds in summer 2013, is solar pumped and makes this valuable resource available to the school and the nearest many awares. Until that time they had to collect the water in the river several hours walk, and transport it in buckets, so the well has allowed to improve the hygienic and health conditions of a large number of people.

Before the talk, a video was passed where several Maasai women collected the testimony and the gratitude of the community could be seen.
